Indonesians often go to breakfast in their pyjamas. The first couple of times in Indonesia I was slightly surprised about this, but I got used to it. They do it at home and they see no reason to do it diifferently when they're in a hotel.

That's actually a fairly cheap price at BATS though. You will have to do some negotiating or take a lesser quality girl than the average to get it that cheap.
