All the KTV I've been in Taiwan gals are local, I've never met a China gal working in KTV. To the little I know of, most of PRC gals get send to FS in massage places or out call services.

This KTV I go it's fairly cheap, the gals are more open to play, but the quality is not as good as other. It's 2500NT for hour and half (plus 1000NT tip to the manager split by everyone in the room), which includes all you can drink beers, saran wrap BJ(bring your own condom if you like), then finish with the HJ (you guessed with white bottle).
