Just a quick update and advice. If you want to be sure to not get anything, get over here on Lunar new year. Bar, disco, massages. Everything is closed. However the city downtown is very nice, totally developed and well kept. I ended at the Moon bar by the river with some varied company and reasonably priced drinks.
