There are many different kinds of cafes. You have to know what you're trying to achieve first. The ones that you guys are talking about are probably the ones with "waitresses" that you can touch & grope.

This is how I can spot one. They're usually have tinted glass fronts on the outskirts of Saigon. Inside usually dark & play some HK movies. None of the "waitresses" speaks any English. If the price is right, they would go to their apartment or mini hotel with you or have an afternoon break session with you during the day. You go in there, sit down & a girl will come to take your order, usually coffee or soda. When she returns, she would sit & chat with you. You can touch her, I would say, almost any part of her body. Some of them would do a HJ for you right at the coffee table. I should warn you some of these girls are a bit physically aggressive though. Maybe that's just the way they try to be friendly or try to take the shyness out of the situation. At the end, you would tip her 20-50k depending on the services. The drinks should cost about 15-20k each. Yes, generally speaking, these kinds of cafes are for the locals. I would think it's a little awkward for a foreigner to go in there by himself.

I have been offered an overnight session by a waitress in D6 for 400k. Because of my time issue, I turned it down. The girls there are not that bad at all.

I have asked about these places with my nephew who lives in Saigon. He said there are many in the Go Vap district. But he said these are where the locals go and pretty dirty. I still want to see for myself but did not get a chance to go when I was there 3 months ago.
