I went to Petionvile maybe 2 Halloweens ago. Felt somewhat dangerous. Everyone and I mean Everyone was looking at me while I was just walking around by myself. So we went to a Haitian strip bar and we were good. Very seedy, which I like, full of 20 year olds round the way girls. But they DO NOT speak English. Google translate to the rescue but too much. Texting. You can go upstairs, although some steps were missing, LOL. Cost was a whole 20 bux including the talent!! Condom included! If you're going to go to, safest place is Cap Haitien on the Northern most coast. Better shot at girls speaking English and way better infrastructure and stability. But the girls in PT are dripping hot!! Just that safe places seem to change nightly so stay north for now.
