Just been in Baku from end of July to start of September. Found that the 1033 is still the best (and easiest) place to pick up a good-looking girl. Admittedly, two of them agreed to stay the night, then decided they wanted to "go home" after a couple of hours, which really means they want to go and visit another client and make some more money....and one was blacklisted in my hotel for stealing, but fortunately didn't take anything from me as I'd made sure everything was locked away before going out.
