Romania is an odd place. For a country with such a low income level and low cost of living, the girls expect high rates for often poor quality service.

Most girls you find - perhaps advertising online, or hanging out in the areas around the main business hotels - will quote rates of 100 Euro/hour (350 ron) for non-Romanians. You can negotiate with some, but it may affect the quality of service they deliver.

250 ron/hour (75 euro), as quoted above, actually represents quite a good rate for a westerner in Bucharest, and if the service she gives is enthusiastic and you like the look of her, I'd say go for it.

You can find cheaper rates - but probably not the kind of girl you would want to sleep with - if you spend the time looking.

If you have a good local contact or can find semi-pro's then you can get deals that seem more in keeping with Romanian prices. It all comes down to how much time/effort you will put into it, or how lucky you get.

If you rarely visit Ro, then anything under 100 e/hour probably represents a very good deal.
