Green. Long Walk of shame. Really long. The reception is very accommodating and the women receptionists move over when you're 'accompanied' and let their male counterparts take over which is less embarrassing. Easy access to Kubu and saves the 100 odd entrance fee. Decent rooms but a bit dated to my liking, the price does accommodate for this though. Nespresso machines are a fine touch.

Try it, see if it works (does for me when I need to know).

Burjuman Arjaan by Rotana is green. It has nice apartment suits that you can bring even 2-3 guests.

Hello,
I did my RTFF homework but could not find a lot of information on these hotels.
Has anyone stayed there recently and may assign a green or red light?
Cheers,
M

Posts: 137LMA. Update from the Royal Club
Just visted, not staying. They now close the back entrance in the evening to stop you bringing in your take aways from Jules Bar. So, if you're booking into the Royal Club to avoid the walk of shame, then think again.
Cheers, SW.

AMBER. Goto rear carapace lift, go to ninth floor and go past the security guard at the bridge between the buildings it in blue. Apartments cheap and great quality. FAIRMONT remains GREEN if you meet on second floor.

Just had a couple of nights there. On the first night I had to blag that I'm taking my visitor to the bar, and got away with it. On the second night, it was past 3 am and they just refused. So Ramada's off my list (again).
So, apart from LMA. Where's everyone flocking to. ?
