I stayed there on April 30 - May 2 and I could bring my girl in after 10 pm with just an ID check despite the notice saying that visitors are not allowed after 10.

Do not get behind the wheels of a car if you have taken even one sip of alcohol. They randomly check around these clubs and you will get into a whole bunch of not so fun things.

If my hotel has card-controlled lifts, how can the escort lady go up the room?

It is not a big hotel with large lobby (3 stars) so anyone walking in is "visible".

The simple answer is "yes" plenty ideas as a RTFF will help.

Your 87 "FRs" are really a lot of questions like the one here, and you have asked in many countries but you don't really FR much after you get the information (if people do respond to you).

Try RTFF and put ion "Deira, 3-5 star" and surprise you will loads of information and you will find some from there also.

I once picked a girl in a bar for ST, she led me to one of those Chinese hotels and we got some fun there. On my way out and I talked to the manager about coming with my girl and he gave me his business card. Since I took several part timers there whenever I could not accommodate. They charge between (50 to 100 per hour. They are mainly set up in apart hotels. I found recently one not far from Panorama hotel. They provide condoms and clean towels (which I recommend to use as a sheet). It is not equivalent to hotels but it is a good solution for residents who can't bring in WG home for whichever reason. It is not as convenient as hotel for privacy (during the peak hours you might bump into someone waiting for a room) but it is cheap and convenient enough for a quickie especially in daytime and they of course they don't ID.

Be mindful that due to CCTVs someone can / may follow you up / down or knock on your door. I did an FR on Novotel alBarsha back in April 2016 where we were given notice of this practice and the hotel's 'solution'.

Needless to say we checked-in elsewhere.

Harry, here is the deal, if you bring a girl back after 2 ish, you will have a problem and most likely get denied. Prior, pretend you are going to the bar on the 69th floor, or really take her to the bar and then head back down to your floor. So, while it is "red" there are ways to circumnavigate.

Last visit of mine there was 2015. It had turned red from yellow.

So I immediately checked out and was given partial credit of the booking amount.

I haven't seen many updates on this one.
