Going to visit Dubai in jan For the second time my first stay was a terrible choise for a hotel and was a disaster, have a few hotels in mind and mainly want a good GF hotel near the creek right now I'm leaning toward Hilton Dubai Creek but can't confirm it yet as the last info I got from this thread was 5 months ago.
Any info you guys can share with is appreciated.
Thanks.

Seems pretty Green although I am very discreet. My girl is not a WG but a local Filipina who spends the night each time I visit. My girl also comes to me straight from work with her laptop so she probably looks like she should be there. However both she and her sister went up for a few drinks in the evening and no one looked at us twice as we went up to the room.

Any recent visits to Media Rotana whether it is WG friendly?
Please. Advice Guyz or other hotel same area WG friendly based on experience.
Underground parking is a great means of help for WG girls, right?

Hyatt Regency has very upscale disco, AED 150 entry (free if you staying there). Very high quality and proportionately high prices. They may charge AED 100 a joiner fee.
Best bet is Ramada, Majestic, four point Sheraton Sheikh Zain Road, Dar al Sondos. All of them are located in golden triangle and walking distance from Imperial on Rolla Street, York, Regal, Panorama and Majestic

Hi there, long time.
Well, I got it from people who supposedly know about it first hand. It may be differences in buildings / areas.
I will PM you later to ask for some additional advice.
Thanks.

Posts: 139Cons68 don't know where exactly you are getting the info about Bur Dubai but living there for close to 7 years now and I have no problem at all. Naturally like anyone brining anybody to any location in Dubai you don't make it obvious.
There are a mix of all nationalities in my building and over the years never once did bringing my 'madame du jour' create a problem.

Still haven't decided which one.
I was just thinking asking you guys which hotel near the Diera Hyatt Regency has the best / fresh / good tasting room-service? . One gets awfully hungry after them romps.

Hi
I will be in Dubai early next year and hoping to stay at a hotel with similar attributes to the report title, (if enviromentilists start using this we're all screwed). Usually stay at either the Ramada, but really expensive for March or 4points- not sure if friendly or not now, reports seem to vary, another option is Seaview but not stayed before so not sure on status.
Any pointers welcomed.

Nice theory, but then we should stop talking about "Hotels in Dubai" as every time anyone searches for hotel in Dubai this forum would pop up.
Even worst, think of a woman looking for a "girl friendly hotel in Dubai", that would be fun. Hey this website would get as popular as wikileaks
Whatever the reason is i do not see google analytics playing a big part. I guess we will never know, but I will keep mocking it until they show me the way to the airport

I guess the moderator is not going to explain, but from my small understanding of the internet, here is my thought on the matter.
Google is very powerful company. They watch you wherever you go. Don't believe we watch the bottom left corner of your browser while surfing. You will see google.analtyics a few times. Any site with google ads uses this tool. Once google puts a cookie on your computer, it logs where you go, and what you click, so it can send targeted ads to you.
These logs also see how many times a site is visited, and what sites are linked to it. It also reads each site looking for keywords for ads etc...
When you go to google.com and look something up, it goes through it's logs looks for the keyword and find the most visited site and most linked site with that word.
If we keep using the word G**** to describe hotels, eventually, some prudish environmentalist is going to google "G***** Hotel in Dubai" for his upcoming vacation, and this site is going to pop up in the results. The prudish environmentalist contacts LE, media, friends, family, support group, etc... and Jackson suddenly has world-wide attention that he didn't want.
It's probably more complex than this, but I know the key-words thing can cause issues.
Just my two-cents on a possible explanation.
