Posts: 177Thanks! Yes, I did look at mercure hotel as well, and it was pretty trashy as well (or I will say almost same as capitol hotel). Glad that I am not the only one feeling this. Any other suggestions from other folks EITHER close to czar or red square?

Posts: 123Hyatt Regency or Place Near Premier
Hi Guys,
Does the Hyatt Regency (One with the Premier) still have a strange or inconsistent policy with regards to girls going up to your room? I stayed a long time ago (over 10 years ago) and then it was a cracking hotel and you could get into Premier free and take up girls no issue. Then it all changed I think due to some fracas with a local. Anyway, would like to know or a good decent 5 star hotel near the Premiere? Many years ago I used to stay at Radisson Blu and that went red also, and not so interested anymore as Kubu seems to have tanked. Appreciate any info or advice. Thanks in advance.

Posts: 177Solid 3* or above hotel near Czar or Red Square
Hey guys,
I am trying to finalize my first trip to Dubai for later this month. I want to stay close to Czar or Red Square I. E. Within walking distance (as I will like to pull multiple girls in a day / night). Now, I know that both these clubs have associated hotels as Capitol Hotel and Moscow Hotel. I was able to grab a booking for Capitol hotel. But, feeling that these two hotels are somewhat trashy, rooms not clean / old etc. Is there a better hotel within walking distance of EITHER of these two clubs? Ofcourse, needs to be girl friendly as well. Thanks for helping out.

Stayed here again at the weekend. Excellent hotel, rooms a little tired but the superior rooms are huge with a complete kitchen. Good for a party. ATM in the reception, very green. Only drawback is it's dry so you need to take your own.
- overall excellent value.

Posts: 498The one exception maybe Taj, they were also one of the few dry hotels in Dubai. May have changed but historically that chain has actively discouraged certain behaviour, would be cautious on that one.
If you stick to the big US, European chains you should be fine.

But looks like based on your experience it's promising! Good to know.

No issue. I simply checked the girl in at the reception desk and took her up as usual. This was just two days ago. Plain sailing.

Posts: 498I would suggest that a 5* / 'red' hotel in Dubai now is an exception. In almost 20 years I have yet to experience being turned away with a girl, it used to be the case you had to register the girl most occasions, even that is hardly asked now and especially so post-Covid.
My recent trip I had booked a room for 2, checked in on my own and when I was asked about my guest just joked that would depend on how lucky I got! I was at the Hilton Habtoor which is becoming a firm favourite.
