Posts: 34Thanks Jimmy K II. I'll be reporting back after my trip in September. If you're going to do it, then you got to do it in style!

Posts: 34Thanks Mad Hatter! I'm planning my trip for later in September, so I'll give a full report then. Last time I was there it was full of eye-candy but everything seemed a little too 'proper'. This time I'm on my own, so maybe I'll do better as a guy on his own.

You only need to show your roomcard and it's ok.
Have fun and cheers!

Great hotel with nice rooms, definitely green with original ID. Other than Seaview in front of it, you need to need to get a taxi to everywhere else. Internet was consistent, but slow. Room service tasted great, and a high class Indian restaurant downstairs.

Generally. 5 stars and especially large resorts are green. With the sheer number of tourists, bar visitors and nightclub visitors, I would assume it is pretty much impossible to keep a track of people in Atlantis.
So you should be able to go through. I am not aware if there is any security further up inside with regards to the residences.
I have found with 5 stars they do tend to be more discreet and do not cause an issue. That's why, if everything willing, I try to play in 5 stars or chain / franchise 4 stars.

So, I've been given e few days off and I'll be staying at the mega-resort Atlantis Palm in September. I been RTFF-ing this forum for page after page, but can find no mention anywhere.
Given it's a mean taxi ride back to the mainland, all I want to know is if The Palm is green or red.
Any one got any suggestions?

I stayed last night in Le Meridien (near airport). As usual, I got not even a question while bringing a girl in my room.

I'm currently Dubai my hotel (Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek) informed me that they are red during Ramadan along with all hotels in Dubai. I was wondering if anyone know any other hotel that are green during this time. I need to change hotels ASAP.
