Hi Folks,

Will be in DXB from 11APR to 17APR an going to book at Metropolitan Hotel at SZR (I think it is the hotel with the more or less famous Rattlesnake Bar.). Is this hotel still green (copy or original I'd?)? Or does anyone have another recommendation (would like to have a bar inside and like PRC.).

Please see the other thread, unfortunately both the Hotel and Rattlesnake are no more, and probably in the process of becoming a pile of rubble as we speak. It closed earlier in the week.

Hi Guys,

Just looking for some advice.

In the next couple of weeks I will arrive on a Saturday morning 01:35am. I am keen to get quickly through immigration (just hand luggage) and have some fun before 3am.

My idea is to book a room in Karama Hotel for the night as I will be able to get into Ratsky before it's too late. The other option is to get to my regular place Rotana Towers and take a taxi to York.

What's best to still have some fun? My preference is PH & PRC.

Try using the Marahaba service at the airport to get through customs and immigration quickly. I need a visa and have wasted a couple hours getting through but was less than half an hour last time with them, you bypass all the lines but is only of value if all you have is hand luggage as you wil have to wait for your bags otherwise.

Welcome to the Forum. In my opinion, a better option would be to book either in Seaview hotel or Rolla Residences. In Seaview you will have Mariner's club and just opposite to Rolla Residences, there is Stay Alive in Imperial Suites. Furthermore, York and Regal are nearby. Enjoy,

Anyone with any advice on Le Meridien, Airport Road & Al Murooj Rotana please?

If you are talking about le Meridien Airport (with Joules bar) that used to be green up till a few months ago.

I think al Rotanas are green but cannot confirm

Is Marriott Executive Apts Green? I'm just staying the one night on the 26th but it would be nice to know what to expect. I definitely want something classy on that night so if anyone has some specific advice on where to go for that please let me know and send me a PM. Also knowing where a good AMP is would be great. I have visited Rockafellas (Regal) few times and saw the girls are going up to the room with customers after giving I'd on reception.

It seems that Regal is now Green and its good.

Also, any advice on swinging clubs in the area?

Would be very grateful for any suggestions / advice.

Al Manzil has a public garage in the basement.

From here you can go with lift to the rooms.

Maybe you have to change lift cabin in the groundfloor, but lifts are not visible from reception.

So, if you behave like gentleman and your girl has normal looks, you will not have a problem.

It is to confirm that Desert Rose Hotel Appt in golden triangle opp ramada, is GREEN. They allowed girls in the room.

They only need original I'd to scan.

I have spend 2 days there and the rates are quite affordable. Aed 300 per night with breakfast.

Stayed there on March 4th, it is 100% green Philli contact was able to walk straight up (alone) to my room. But the hotel is a taxi ride away for every thing.

Hi, I'm new to Dubai. Just here for 2 nts on business. I'm staying at D*S*T TH*NI on sheikh zayed (company pays.). Is there action happening in the hotel? Where is the nearest I can find company? Can I get them to my hotel? If not, where should I go? Please help. I'm alone and bored.
