    Sheraton Grand SZR

Hey Ricky I have stayed here on one of my recent trips to Dubai. 4 months ago. Yes you can register different guests on different nights. You could also bypass by heading to the restaurant if you are so inclined. But I think you should register. Easy peasy.

I want to stay on the SZR this time and am looking for some recent intel on the 2 hotels above. I normally stay at the Burjuman Arjan Rotana or the 4 points Sheraton but I want to be on the SZR this time. I am a Marriot Bonvoy member and was looking at the Sheraton Grand. I have read the reviews on this place and it looks ok for mongering. I don't have a problem with a girl having to register as long as different girls are allowed on different nights. Does anyone have any recent intel on this hotel they can share?

I was also looking at Nassima. This looks like it could be similar the the Burjuman Arjan Rotana in the sense its a hotel apartment. Does anyone have any recent intel on this place they can share?

    Thanks!

Grand Cosmopolitan Barsha. Greener than most

Will post the full FR in Dubai reports, but stayed at the Grand Cosmopolitan Al Barsha on Friday, can confirm it's totally green. I took 2 girls up to my room, one at 10 and the other at 1 am. Only checked in the 2nd girl. The hotel itself is quite good and very affordable for a 5 star, paid 300 for the Superior room.

Should mention, was sitting in the Americano cafe with the first girl before heading up, just nodding past reception. Second time around went and checked in the girl.

    Cheers,

    Prodi.

    Expo impact

A while back someone was wondering what would be the impact of Expo and I got some hints after a discussion with a regular WG that is operating out of Al Barsha. It seems that from October the hotels are raking up heir prices big time so she was looking for an alternative. That means that WG will increase their prices, to cover the costs, some might even leave especially in the mid market segment. Now we can also expect demand to increase (even marginally) so it will be one more element that will contribute to raising the prices. On the other hand WGs not usually working here will be attracted or willing to try their luck, so we might expect to see new talent hitting the streets and bars of Dubai. Which element will prevail? I am not sure, can only say that we should expect some changes, hikes in prices as well as all sorts of ill intended behavior on the back of Expo. I have some neighbors struggling to find a maid cause many started as well to request higher wages because of Expo LOL.

Ok, so the place is super green and the initial doubts I had were just the owner trying to trying to make sure there are no issues with guests that may cause problems for him. The apartment is super green, no ID check needed, my guests can just come up to my room directly, no questions asked. One does have to be careful not to create noise and not party too loud, but overall, it's super green.
    Thanks for the.

Airbnb is required to register guests like any other hotel on booking or check-in. Other than that on a day to day basis, it's the other security protocol like in any building, they ask for the name of visitor and his number and register that on a log. They can't prevent "bona fide" visitors to get in an apartment building, although at some point in time I remember a few did so in some JLT building or restrict access to residents of that very same building, at least they try.

That being said, anyone that stays in the apartment will need to submit ID. Whereas, visitors are allowed but supposedly cannot stay over night. Initially he was saying visitors only during the day LOL. After I said to him are you fucking serious, he told me that they can come but can't stay over night. So let's see how well this works out.

Your first post with question still I will respond. It is not really green. They ask lot of questions and their staff watching the lifts to check who is coming and going. If you can register the girl at the time of check-in you have better chances. You take the room, try out multiple girls and report back as promised.

What I'm looking for:

A place where I can bring in any female guest without the need to register them. I looked at one place Downtown and the host is saying guests need to be registered in advance. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?

The infamous John Hancock in TECOM is green as a goblin. Met my African connection for coffee in the lobby this evening and she was in the mood so booked online and was in the room humping her awesome ass within 2 minutes. This was clearly a booty call and nobody batted an eyelid. Best value for money and you can skip registration by heading to the hookah bar on M if you so desire.

No exception unless you sneak someone in. No need to register at an AbnB.
