If you get a room facing the inner side and looking at the hill and pool, you can watch the ktv girls walk to work around 5:30 pm each afternoon. Not sure why they are there so early. Perhaps to have dinner. But we had great fun calling to them from the window.

There are 2 SW hotels in Dongguan. One in town and the other closer to the east train station. I have stayed at the one near the east train station. There was a huge spa at the back of the property. Almost as big as the hotel itself. Great service.

There also is a ktv. 5 star decorations and some stunners in the lot. My information is a bit old as it has been at least a year or so since I was last there.

OK - I'll try to answer some of your questions, as you have been quite an active and informative Senior in other threads - and even though you could have found out all the answers if you DID RTFF!!

But...........Come-on Botak!! Did you really read thru the pages??

For if you did, you would never have asked ".....It seems nowadays more BBS are behind the HuiHin hotel and less around the Miraton....." for we never ever said anything about the alleys behind the Miraton as being where BBS's are - there are NO such BBS's behind the Miraton.

And where/which hotel is the HuiHin? I don't know of such a hotel and I certainly know that we have never written about HuiHin hotel for the past couple or so years on these pages.

OK- answers:


On the Van system - I don;t see that many or that often these days.

On take away - You pay the down payment to the mommie and tell them your hotel and room # - lots of guys do this.

On transport to HKG Airport
- there is direct vans from the Miraton to the airport - just ask the front desk for time/cost etc ( I did write down the exact info a year or so ago - but sure as hell I ain't gonna RTFF myself!!).
-There is no way you can catch a 10am flight if you go by Direct Train to HKG_Hunghom as the first train leaves CP 09:03, arrive Hunghom 10:12. Last Direct train is 20:58-22:05.
- first train CP-SZ starts at 06:57 in the morning, take 30 minutes to Lowu. From there you can either taxi/Metro Train it to Huangang and take a direct bus to the airport, or cross over lowu, go on MTR to sheung shui and local Bus it to the airport

I remember the days where you have to get to the BBS and ktvs early or they would be all sold out of the hotties and only offerings were the fuglies. And booking ktv rooms one day in advance was a must. Hahaha, those were the bustling days of cp. Where girl number were up and service was lack-luster because of the "rush" factor.... Time was money for the girls.

I was planning a long-delayed trip to CP (tentatively in March) when I stumbled upon FE48's post.

Is it realistic to expect better pickings as the weather (and possibly local economy) improves come March, or should I head to MC/ ZH/ SZ?

It is getting worst and worst.

On my last 3 trips I have a much better time in Shenzhen and Zhu Hai.

For the BBS:

RMB 200 is the total payment (from the monger). RMB 100 goes to the house upfront and 100 more afterwards, for ST.

RMB 500 is the total payment for LT. My experience is 100 goes to the house upfront and 400 afterwards. My interpretation of your note is that the xiaojie pays an additional 40 to the house from her proceeds?

One caveat, this pricing is for the Yalan area. Behind HM and Night market, it is 150 total for ST. I heard slightly less at the market if you can negotiate!

Yes, for LT, the gal will need to phone the Mommie that she's out for LT and then need to pay her an extra RMB40 the next day.

And as for the pricing - this is what the charges are for the Swan Lake KTV Gals - but quite closely matches the other BBS's at the Yalan/Swan Lake road area.

And yes, the Hui Mei back alley area is RMB50 the Mommie and 100 to the gal (a more equitable arrangement!!). As for the Night market, 4 months or so ago I "pressed" the mommies there and discovered that the "true" price is total RMB130 (30 to Mommie, 100 to the gal) and get this - with room for further negotiations!! We at ISG's been over-paying for..... God knows how long!!

You of course realize that they factor in at least 2 hours for each John - including travelling time and two showers@. Add to that their "sitting around being shown off as Pink colour" - how the hell did you come up with 2 to 5 average? Also please note that their "golden hour" (and when we guys do our chicken run) only lasts maximum 3 hours from 4 to 7, with the rest of the time usually really slow times - even during week-ends!

2 maximum 3 is likely only on Friday/Saturday and 0.5 to 1 the norm during the weekdays as a lot of these gals comes up "blank" especially on Sunday/Monday. First thing first - do you really feel it conscienable that their "minders" take 50% of their fee up-front.... and then back-charge them for so many other miscellaneuous expenses (And BTW - they keep changing around the rules and fines and things they consider transgression - depending on.... God knows what!!).

So they're left with RMB 100.... and begging, cajoling even sometimes threatening the punter for an extra RMB10, 20 or 30 xiao fei. So.....compare this with if you ever tip your car valet US$10 - just to retrieve your car? Or pay the extortionate 18% or so "Tip" on a party of 6's bill of US$500 = US$90.00 = RMB 612?? And here you're paying a hot 18 year old to be buck naked, blow your wrinkled old dick, ride you Chinese Cowboy style and whatever else style.... and then being chastised for not blowing you long enough, or spitting out because your pecker truly does stink to high heaven or that their legs/body have gone plain ole numb from being under your fat ass?? Ooooooh.... I is getting personal here ain't I - sollly, don't mean it - but no - let's face it - most of US - we ARE like that ain't we (Oh.... perhaps not OWL.... of course!!)

So 1800 per month

Let's assume their revenue is an average of 500 rmb per day (this includes, ST and LT and also factor in red period and days off). I think this is a real honest figure, if you account the LT, which is 360 already, I know they don't get LT everyday, but this is just an average. Because, if they do get an LT, they only need 1.4 ST (if this was possible) that day. And you and I know that 2 to 5 ST per day is pretty easy to fathom.

So their revenue is 15,000 rmb per month, minus expenses of 2,000, which equals to 13,000 rmb profit per month. This equals to $1,900 USD per month.

I'm not sure but isn't $23,000 per month around the average person income in the USA? Oh, but I forgot, that was before taxes income. So just minus 25% off that.

Not to mention the lovely ladies get free phones from a well known and respected ISG member if they sign a 1 day service contract.

I know providers are sacrificing a lot, and I do repect them and treat them well. But I do believe they are well compensated for their profession and I'am not complaining about their income. IMHO, they are compensated well, if this was not true, they would work in other industries.
