I came to Hangzhou and there is really not much action going around here. Victoria Regal Hotel Sauna is still closed and it's been more than 4-5 months almost since they last operated. I stayed there last night. The spa was not open at 2 AM. From the street, this morning, it looked closed, period. Not certain though, I was in a taxi. Hi guys, I hav tried the Sauna in SSAW in Xueyuan Lu a place not far from Huanglong sport center. Nice place, clean for a reasonable damage around 600. I think it was a better experience than the one I have in Zh Grand hotel some months ago.

Has anybody tried this Sauna recently? I'm about to book a hotel near Zhejiang Univ, and I'm debating between SSAW on Xueyuan and the Lily Hotel which is closer to the Zhejiang Univ.

I have been away from the board for a while. Here is a report on some observations about Hangzhou.

I see a lot of posts about hotels. While it is true you can get laid in any hotel, I also find it to be a horrible value. The girls have Western attitudes about both money and service (high money, low service). I have never had a great experience with a hotel girl. Well, the story does have a slightly happy ending, but still not great. I found an area with many of those "pink light" places.
