Been in brunei for a while now and is quite familiar with all the goings around. It is not true that they arent any girls available for bonk. I go every now and again to Brunei on business (usually 2-3 day trips or so). Best way to find action is to hook up with Chinese taxi drivers (there are about 12 or so of them in the capital) who are usually connected: girls from the PRC or PI's who stay at hotels (and bang there) pretending to be tourists; bars which are pick-up joints (there's at least a couple in the capital), etc. It's a bit of a hit and miss but these cab drivers are usually pretty knowledgeable.

The easiest way to get laid in Brunei is to go to Malaysia! Take a taxi across the border to eastern Malaysia (on the island of Borneo) and the first things you will see is booze shops and brothels. Brunei itself is pretty dry for P4P and a very conservative society - so takes time to get freebies.

Seems to be a problem to have local girls at Brunei, most of them are sustainable and have 2-3 cars at home.

Pinay is possible as for as I know, if you live around Center Point Hotel, there are many shops and shopping center. A lot of Pinay work there as handphone sales person and waitress. You may give a sweet talk and possible free.

If you are specifically look for local, high possibility you will be dissappointed. Maybe they are East Malaysian and pretend to be Bruneian, cause foreigner have problem to identify them.

If you have time, take a boat to Labuan, there is cheap and heaven. During the Friday night, they will go to Labuan and back at late Sunday. Enjoy there! Or they will drive to the border town of Sabah. They can drink and have a lot of activities and cheap to the Bruneian.
