I suspect only in Chinese, Doug. Chongqing is a domestic market, don't expect to see behind Beijing Manhattan or Shanghai Judy's replicated despite the size of the place. It used to be prolific but was the first city to have a serious crack down on vice and seems to outsiders at least to have maintained its new found virtue.

This place isn't hard to find. Huayi Rd, south end. There's a Continental tyre shop close by, and a Korean restaurant across the road. There is a big "tea" character above the door, and the door only leads directly to stairs. Jia You, you'll be fine!

As we may remember, the former Party Secretary made all efforts to eradicate, among others, the sex industry. Of course, such an effort has never ever been successful in any place on the planet. However, most of the business went underground, and it became much more difficult to find places for the hobby. As I reported several times, there are still a few places around, and I may share some information with senior members who already made valuable contributions to the forum. Due to the high risks in China, I only share more information with senior members through PM.

Now, the Party Secretary was sacked in 2012, and it seems that some of the business is back in certain areas of the city. I do not have too much detailed information, since I could not go too much into detail with my friends who are "innocent". Nevertheless, I may share at least some indication where such new places can be found. I need to add, though, that you have to speak at least some Chinese or you need to go with a Chinese friend.

The only place that comes to mind is Yu Fu Qiao in the metropolitan plaza. Access is from an elevator which could be said to be in the "side"of the building.
