The MP with the two lion statues next door to IBIS, I guess YangZuTang is the name. Anyway I went there today (Saturday) at about 5 PM. Followed previous posters' instructions to the letter and got to the FB like in 3 minutes from the time I walked in. The disappointing thing was that there were only 4 girls. #52 was not in sight but saw chubby #68, the one to avoid. The young guy kept asking me to make up my mind. I have been back in Xi'an for 2 weeks now. It seems that not much has changed, at least not in the way of improvement.

Went by the SEC Friday, the door to the massage area was locked and the lights off. I asked the hotel receptionist, 'They moved' she said and she did not know where. So there's another outlet gone.

Inflation has hit Xing Qing Lu. As previously mentioned only the first BBS north of Hu Zhu lu offers anything but hjs. There you can get a BBBJ & cim for the new price of 60 RMB or FS for 120. I have visited Yang Zu Tang 4 times since I got back and would like to offer some tips:

Their massage (with or without HJ) is excellent. I have had 3 different girls and all have been expert. Only number 16 offers the 130 Y service as far as I know.

Xiao Jie number 68 (maybe 89) should be avoided in my opinion. She is a little bit meaty (no problem) and she is friendly enough. She only offered a CBJ and her fake squealing / squeaking is I think laughable and to me a real turn-off. She had to finish me with a HJ. Then she hits me for a 100 RMB tip. And she was adamant. The only way to avoid it would have been to shove her out of the way.

Xiao Jie number 52 on the other hand is sensational. She started off giving a thorough scrub in the shower, paying a lot of attention to my ahole. Then it was onto the bed. Now, she also asked for a 100Y tip, but it was up front and only if I wanted to assume the position on my knees an get a good rimming. If I didn't want that then no tip, no problem. It was hard to refuse and I was pretty happy with her methods. The girl has a long tongue. Then a magnificent BBBJ. No DATY unfortunately. Followed by cowboy and finished in mish. As it happens, I was in Xi'an over the weekend and tried this place. You go downstairs and into a small reception area, change shoes and get a tag. It's a sauna without a real sauna area (at least not one I could see). You get changed at the locker area and go into the shower area to, well, shower. There's a male massage chap there giving massages, but not much else. When you go back out to the locker area after showering, the young chaps jump to and provide a disposable blue pajama outfit, and lead you round to an area with rooms. The rooms just have a bed, TV and wall mirror; no shower or anything like that.

A young chap brought in a girl and asked if she was OK. She was, so I agreed. She did one of those shocked "oh, no, a laowai" looks, but relaxed when I spoke to her in Chinese. She suggested the rmb299 service, which seems to be the most expensive, or at least the standard FS service. (Cheaper prices appear to apply for massage and HJ, or just HJ, or just massage.) She did a version of the usual sauna routine, with moderate enthusiasm. The FS, when we got around to it, was OK, nothing startling, but not rushed. We lay on the bed for quite a while after the deed and chatted, which was also quite pleasant. She said there were about 10 girls in the establishment. She said it was open 24 hours; there's always a few girls on duty, just in case customers come in at an odd time. She said she hadn't realised I was a foreigner until she saw me in the room. It turns out that the staff are not allowed to tell the girls beforehand that a customer is a foreigner in case they all jack up and refuse to go to the room. It seems they sometimes have porn DVDs playing in the rooms, and the girls have got the impression all laowai the have bodies and stamina of porn stars, which alarms them greatly!

When I left and paid the bill, it was rmb304, ie, rmb5 for the pyjamas. I didn't mind paying that as the whole experience was so cheap by Beijing standards and the pyjamas were genuinely disposable (unlike in some saunas where they claim they're giving you disposable ones, but it's pretty clear they're just washed and used again).

Cross the street from Ibis and walk towards the wall and you'll find another bathhouse on your right side. They also do full service there for 280. Had two good experiences there.

Are there any other recommended places around the city center or Gaoxing?

1) find enclosed the picture of the entrance of massage parlor near (beside!) ibis.

You can not miss it, it's the door just left from IBIS entrance, left from vertical IBIS logo.

2 small stone statues of monkeys oustide the entrance.

I went there Saturday evening, at 11pm.

Entered in the loby, said nothing, sit on the sofa, remove my shoes.

The guys brings you slipers and a number.

Then I went upstairs to 2D floor (never seen 3rd floor as I read in posts)

When you reach the second floor, on the right is the waiting area for normal massages. As already explained in posts, turn left (then you seems to have made a mistake, it looks like a small coridor going nowhere : no mistake at all. At end of this corridor the door on the right berings to the rooms, and on the left is the fish tank, well hidden.

I asked the guys for advice, and get no answer, so I picked up N°52. I read good report about her, she was the only one to wear glasses and had serious look. Also a BIG tatoo on the left shoulder on her back.

The girls and guys were fighting about the prices, seems Chinese pays 200 and laowai 280. Just keep this price as reference and avoid to let them test how high they can go.

Then I went ALONE to the rooms, and waited there. She cames after 5mn. (noone must see girls and customers together outside.)

I should have spend the time to take a fast shower. I wanted to see what happend at it was first time there. No worry at all : save time, take your shower and be ready when the girl arrives.

She asked me if I wanted another giirl to come. I didn't want to try as I have only bad experiences about 3somes in China. But I wait for reports about this.

Not sure about that Doc. I was there 3 times in June and was charged 200Y. 230Y and 280Y. The young guy at the desk tried to explain but I couldn't understand. I thought back and realised that I had spent a little more time with the girl each time. So I think they get paid according to the amount of time they spend with you.

The name of the place is Yangzutang. I had 2 outstanding girls, Xiao Ya from Chengdu and Li Jing from Harbin. Xiao Ya was just gorgeous. Li Jing wasn't so pretty but I chose her for her smile.
