More active on the other pages due to my location and frequent visits but went to ningbo 2 times in the last 6 months and believe I have formed enough perspective.

Basically, ningbo is systematically more expensive than other places, and one bang can easily cost you 1 k RMB or more and the quality of performance is not guaranteed.

Beauty though, is in the eye of the beholder.

In many of the "finer" and "safer" establishments, you will need to have an existing relationship with them for them to admit you but there are also places where you can basically just waltz in.
