I'd rather appreciate knowing which would be good, girl friendly hotels in ZZ and which area would have most BBS and massage parlors instead.

I'm travelling to ZZ for the first time for a few days. I will have ample time to indulge myself, but need more in depth understanding of the scene there to best utilize my time. Could some of you help by answering these queries.

1. What types of establishments are there? I've read about the BBS, the Massage Places, the saunas etc. What would be current prevailing prices?

2. Are there budget range Saunas?

2. Which would be the area with the maximum concentration of BBS / Massage places and which would be decent, economical hotels around those very places?

3. How to go about getting a visitor to the hotel itself? Where does one set it up? Websites? Pick Up Points?

4. Any major safety concerns apart from the usual "be aware" practices?

The above mentioned establishment is also near Manhattan market. I got serviced by a 9/10. Best massage I've had in China, but there was no extras.

No amount of money (I offered enough to get me a threesome at most nightspots) or convincing elicited even a he, though I was rock hard throughout.

With your back to the Crowne Hotel, walk to the signal on the right. Cross it into the street running opposite to the Crowne hotel. A good 350 m later you come to a cross road. There is a chicken fast food stall on the right. Take a left at this square, cross a school and reach a massage place in around 300 m.

I am here as well until November 8.

Scored twice so far, one was 300 RMB! (that's like 46 dollars). Took a while to find the place but it was worth it. Been working the scene a little and have some local honey's nibbling.
