Just spent a few days in that lovely city and thought I would post a brief report.

In a Sauna it is usually possible to get FS. The xin nan hai sauna tel: 82819168 offer 30 RMB entry for towel etc plus european massage, i.e. FS, for 158 RMB extra. HJ is called Japanese baby oil massage and this costs 98 RMB. I don't include the address as they are quite useless. Just take a taxi and get him to call for directions.

Some of the massage parlors offer just that and cater for Japanese customers. Of those that offer extra services they will come to your hotel for and extra 30 RMB for taxi fare. Shao Ming Lu gave a wonderful slow HJ for 100 plus a tip of whatever you want (this is how she put it and I could now fault the service so I gave another 50). She speaks a little English and she will come to your Hotel if you call her on 81959526. She does not do FS.

The massage places along Chang Jiang Lu behind the Shangrila offer FS for 200. They will all ask for more 300 but 200 will get you BBBJ plus FS. At number 80 (again the numbers are next to useless as they are never marked) there is a lovely lady called Yang Yang who I visited 3 times.

There are SW on the Friendship Square (You Hao Guangchang) near one of the cinemas, who offer FS for 100. Some are not so attractive but if you preper as I often do someone with experience this could be an option. I did not try them because they were reluctant to come to the hotel I was staying in. I did not feel like taking them totheir place or to another hotel.

The upshot of it all is that there is plenty here for the budget minded punter.

I am not a hundred percent sure these are correct but the sign outside for the intersection you need reads as follows:

It is a three way sign. It has a name for straight ahead and names for each way to the side.

Straight ahead says Liaoning St.

To the left (north I believe and the way you want to go) says Dazhuang Rd. It also says Golden Screebeach (exact spelling I assure you)

To the right says Seashore Bathing Place on top and underneath it says Tongniuling.

On the corner (the northeast corner I think) is the Golden Imperial Hotel. Also on the same side of the road (which I think is the north side) but a little farther east and not yet at the intersection is the Inn Fine Hotel and the Dalian Huigin Hotel.

If you go north from the intersection (on Dazhuang Rd) on the opposite side of the street as the Golden Imperial Hotel, about 300 meters you will see a walking street. It is actually the 2nd street but the first is really small and does not go in very far and does not have shops on both sides so pass it up.

Turn right into the walking only street and it is about the 2nd or 3rd business on the left. It is just past a hotel (as I found out when the girl took me there). If you walk close to the left side of the street the girls will be sitting there for the legitimate massage place and will say hello to you.

Be as discrete as possible, get the young lady in charge (her top gums really show when she smiles and she is very skinny) and ask her for a sex massage. Give her the 400 RMB and you will be on your way. Ask her for the type of girl you want but they will say they are whatever age you ask for. I am sure the first girl I got was more like 25 and I know the second was 20.

I will try to take pictures of the intersection and even of the massage place and hotel but tomorrow morning is my last time here and it may not be possible.

Disco No. 1

This disco is not full of Russians but must have some Russian theme nights. I do not know when this happens. All I remember are lots of Russians (more than half) and Russian disco music. I did not remain long.

Location: near the trains station/Ramada area. Actually next door to the Zhongshan hotel on Jie Fang Lu in the pedestrian zone.

I stay at the ZhongShan hotel. 4 stars with ADSL in the room for around 300RMB. Just demand the airport rate.

I have been told by some professional friends here (mongering hookups) that this hotel is much newer and cleaner than the Ramada for less money. This hotel is not in the same class as Shangrila or Furama or Hilton or Swisshotel but a very good value. If someone else pays for your hotels bills spend the money - if you pay yourself, save some cash.

I know that it is not the best deal you can get, but I was new to Dalian and had no chance to go and explore - being surrounded by dozens of colleagues all the time. I had to stay close to the Furama and Alice's was highly recommended in this forum. I had much worse for much more money.
