Not sure if it is still the same location but have been to Goldfoil Spa, close to the US embassy. Quite expensive as mentioned below.

So around Xita there is some hope as was pointed out. Also many KTVs there give you that option but you'll get ripped off. I forgot to mention this place on my last trip. I was trying to find a club and the address took me to Qi Malu off Taiyuan Street. This is right before Taiyuan turns in to Xita Rd which takes you into the Korea Town part of Shenyang. So a block down (I can't remember the name of the this street) is where there are plenty of WG's roaming the street. This place is similar style to one above and also reasonably expensive.
