Multiple rounds of sex - Now men and women naturally climax at different rates, with the man climaxing first, and more easily. You are not alone, it is natural. If you want to become a great lover, you have to find ways to overcome this. Men climax sooner, and are limp for a little while afterwards. Now for some people, we are talking minutes, and for some we are talking hours. If we are talking hours, then I highly highly recommend talking to your doctor about Viagra (I use it, click here for the story of my experiences). Because men climax quicker, your ability to last longer is going to have to involve "Round 2", and maybe 3. Sex does not have to end after the guy's orgasm. I was a little embarrassed at the thought of Viagra, as I wasn't impotent. The embarrassment is now gone, and replaced with the knowledge that I can now last long enough to satisfy 3 women. My woman loves it. I am now sure that I can satisfy her every need, and the sex is incredible, lasting for hours, so where's the shame in that?

Find your technique. - Test various sexual methods, realizing that the one that works for you, is not necessarily the one that works for her. A favorite in my bag of tricks is to switch to short thrusts, while penetrated deeply. I find the short thrusts less personally satisfying, but still very satisfying for my lady. Now I have an above average penis, and these strokes are deep inside of her (I feel it touching something way deep inside, and she goes wild as I hit the spot). If this doesn't have the same effect for you, then try different angles and methods, till you find one that seems to work more for her than you.

So now while you're increasing her pleasure, you're decreasing yours and no longer so close to ejaculation. At this point you are free to switch to another position if you wish, but if she is really enjoying it, and you think you can get her to orgasm this way, then go for it! Also realize that women can usually have orgasm after orgasm. Don't make the mistake of thinking that because she is orgasming, that you might as well do the same. Give her multiple orgasms - my honey has been calling me her "double digit man" because she loses count, and just knows she's had over 10.

Sex more often - It has been said that a man should masturbate himself to orgasm a few hours before the encounter. If the body has sperm built up and is "ready to explode", the orgasm is going to come quicker than if you have only a part load building. Now I have a different twist on this. In the morning have a quickie in the shower before work. Ask her to join you in the shower, and pop off a quickie. When you get home that night then it's no "quickie". That evening you will find your staying power greatly increased. Let it be known that the shower episode is a quickie, a teaser for what she's going to get in the evening.

Communicate with her - If you are reading this article, because you feel you haven't been rocking her world, then share with her the fact that you have some new techniques, etc... that you want to experiment with. Ask for her cooperation and understanding. Tell her you need to wipe the old score board clean. Ask her if she will enter the bedroom with the confidence that you can and will rock her world. This will make a big difference. While you are experimenting with new techniques, you don't need the stress of performance anxiety. STRESS is an absolute killer in the bedroom. Have fun. I have found that the penis can be enlarged but it takes years to make it longer just like working out your muscles in a gym and becoming muscular. Girth can be achieved through pumping (just pump enough to get blood into the blood vessels, not fill the tube making your penis look like a puffy balloon and causing water blisters or damaged vessels). Length can be achieved using the JES Extender. The extender over time stretches the suspensory ligament so the shaft can grow out more. I also like the fact that I don't plateau on this device unlike the lower costing MAX-xentder which has notches (plateau city!!). The JES uses screws which you can adjust the length of the device and your penis head and foreskin is pulled by a noose at the attachment. There is an atlernative for cut guys who hangs by the penis head which is the EuroExtender. This hangs the head using a larger surface hang area. I have gained about a half and inch to a full inch during the years I used it and I have used this device for 5 years. I gained about 2 1/2" from 4 1/2" to 7" but 5 years is a very long time and this requires lots of patience. If you are impatient and go for surgery, you still have to use this device anyway but the results are faster since you cut the ligament that holds the shaft from going out instead of stretching it longer.
Before that, I used the penis pump which did nothing for length but made my 4 1/2"er a hydrant cock. I also had lots of injuries from overpumping so I stopped and turned to extenders.

To the best of my knowledge this is not possible. Reconstruction has been achieved after burn damage, as well as post traumatic-laceration. I should guess that there is no penis bank (!), I certainly have never come across this: unlike kidney, blood or even H & L banks.

In the final analysis the vascular intricacies of the surgery would be very prohibitive, not withstanding the nerve anastomosis… i.e. the blood supply is very difficult to control adequately and the nerves will not connect right… IF it takes, chances are it will not get hard and certainly would be without orgasmic potential.

All that said, you never know what the future holds…

In a nutshell the procedure Surgical penile augmentation doesn't actually enlarge your penis - it just pulls it out further from your body by cutting a ligament and adds girth by adding fat to the penis. The one thing the article does not mention is that fat (adipose tissue) can redistribute. Basically fat likes to be in certain places on your body (like your butt and stomach) and if it is in the wrong place it will slowly shrink. For instance some women have fat placed in their face to reduce wrinkles. Eventually (years if not months) the fat will redistribute back to the places it came from and their wrinkles come back. Same thing happens with your penis. If you have Surgical penile augmentation with donor fat added to your penis, in months or years it will eventually shrink back to its original size and whatever enlargement remains will likely be scar tissue which has considerably less sensation and can cause huge problems. If you try to repeat the procedure the scar tissue will probably start to cause serious problems.

I would not trust any crackpot surgeon who would actually do this procedure.

I'm not advocating it (they called me Johnny Wad in high school) but there is indeed a medical procedure to enlarge your penis.

I understand one of the "downsides" is once you cut that ligament it forever points to the ground having lost the support of the part inside the body (think of a telephone pole stuck in the ground).

lol, daddy ruiz. you certainly went to extreme lengths to get...um...your extreme length. i used a much simpler and cheaper method to get my huge unit. i simply went to costco and purchased a 5 gallon bucket of "johnson extender", $29.95, and followed instructions. each night for 2 weeks i placed my penis in the bucket for 30 minutes and let it absorb all the magic of the paste inside. in 2 weeks, as advertised, my johnson was scraping the bottom of the bucket! i now feel much better about myself even though women will have nothing to do with me.

Good to see you. I agree, I certainly wasn't suggesting anybody do this. The article is obviously against it. I only wanted to point out that there is a way, a bad way, but a medical procedure that enlarges the penis. I read an article in some mens magazine about a fellow that had it done. Seems he had some somewhat rare disorder where his penis didn't grow during puberty and it was the size of his pinky. Howard Stern claims to have the same disorder "Infantile penis" or something like that. I don't know if any of it was true but if my dick was the length and thickness of my pinky when erect I might be tempted to take radical measures. When you say that the size doesn't matter if used correctly would that be true for something that small as well?
