I think this might be useful information but I am a bit confused. Please help me understand.

1. If you multiply two length units like in your 13 cm x 11 cm example. You get an area unit- that is square centimeters and not cubic centimeters, so that is AREA units and not volume units.

2. Sticking with this example, if you model the penis as a cylinder, then the formula is not correct,. Check the internet for volume calculation formulas.

Equally Important #3: could you please point out where the information as 330 cm3 maximum volume or 288 ccm optimal volume come from? I can't find anything in any university books nor in the internet.

MY 2 cents.

1) Get rid of that fat on your belly.

To do that you must exercise. Do some cardio like P90x. Insanity, crossfit. Etc.

This will make your penis look bigger.

It will give you a harder erection, more stamina etc.

2) Eat better. Try to leave processed foods alone and try to eat healthy (less meat more, more veggies).

Also drink more water and less alcohol.

Doing the above will not necessarily give you a bigger penis, but you will look and feel better.

The women will notice that which in turn gives you more confidence.

This is a tricky question but I think it has to do with 2 things:

1. Your cock size: if you are on the small side, then it may be that the ladies pussies are too large to be able to grip your cock properly when you are inside.

The simple answer would be to stop masturbating. Or cut back considerably. And certainly no masturbating three days before having sex.

If I masturbate I will have a very hard time cumming for the next 24-48 hours but could masturbate again 3-4 times no problem. Wanking makes you less sensitive. Avoid it!
