Posts: 574Subscribing problem that only seems to effect me
Trying to subscribe so I can be more informed I guess.
Was tempted to mail cash to ISG but said may take 2 weeks, needed sooner.
Got the ball rolling set up a Coinbase account.
Couldn't find where in Coinbase I send Bitcoin value to ISG's link.
Part of account set up was checked the box only ask for the text message confirmation once per 30 days. Plane took off.
After plane landed. Wanted to take another stab at Coinbase and it's still asking for text confirm and phone I used is prepaid / USA only and I'm already in Europe and Cairo later. Submitted Coinbase to change phone number and said please allow 48 hours. Waiting games suck.
FML.

Just set up a Coinbase account and have bought bitcoin value ready to dispense, now where on Coinbase am I supposed to send ISG the funds?
Step by step guide provided missing some info and also looks like Coinbase updated the user interface so some screenshots outdated

Sent txid, no activation
Hi,
I've sent bitcoin to the requsted address and sent my Txid via the "Contact Us" message center multiple times. No response yet. Could you please help me get my subscription activated? I'm happy to share the txid again if need be.
Send me TXID here and I will check it.

Hoping someone can assist me.
I purchased a subscription on Aug 9, 2019 using Bitcoin. I sent $25 USD equivalent to the specified bitcoin wallet and verified that the transaction was successful. I used the "contact us" link and followed the instructions to send the transaction ID to the ISG customer service. My subscription still has not been activated. I contacted customer service 5 times and have not yet received a response. I appreciate this site and am happy to support it. I hope someone can help me figure out how to get in touch with customer service and get my subscription activated since I have paid almost three weeks ago and followed all the instructions.

• The Transaction ID is NOT our Wallet ID, which is published on the webpage.
• The Transaction ID is NOT YOUR Wallet ID.
• The Transaction ID is similar, but several digits longer.
It should be clearly indicated in your Bitcoin account's webpage.

Bitcoin Transaction
I'm having the same problem as the last post. I've submitted the txid 4 times via the Contact Us link to no avail. I did choose the wrong category the first time but corrected that. Please advise if I am doing something wrong.

Sorry for the typo. On 08/03/19 I sent a subscription payment via Bitcoin. I've sent the transaction ID 4 times. So, if I'm not sending the correct info, please let me know.

Hi,
On 07/03/19 I sent a subscription payment via Bitcoin. I then followed the instructions and used the "Contact Us" to send my transaction ID (otherwise known as Hash on the Bitcoin wallet I use). I've sent this information 4 times over the last 4 days but my account is still not upgraded. Are there additional steps I need to take or am I missing something?

We had start using Bitcoin on July 17th, your date is not correct.
But if bought a subscription then:
Just use the "Contact Us" link to send us your "Transaction ID" (aka "TXID") and we'll activate your subscription within a few hours.
