DWC, my friend for whom I bought the sewing machine had to be cut from the program but we are still friends. In fact, she is staying in my apartment while I am gone. She still has the sewing machine, surprisingly, but has not been able to leverage it into earning a decent living. She just spent over a month in the hospital and had surgery to remove tumors from her ovary (also had to have a hysterectomy) and one from her intestine that was causing blockage. As of when I left for Europe, the biopsy had not come back but they had to go anyway so the surgeon did not wait for the biopsy. This is why I donated blood a few weeks back. So she is very sick and that is why I let her stay at my apartment to recuperate a bit. If anyone has any mending or alterations to be done, let me know. She works cheap and is quite good.

Her kid who was in prison is now out and so far has not fucked up again. He had a job delivering food for a restaurant on a moto but last I heard the moto had broken down so he could not work. The younger kid is now in a better "school" for fucked up kids but he still can't read very much at age 14 and continues to have frequent seizures.

Andrea is not my numero uno and is not as sharp as Maria. She was still nursing last time I saw her which is an obvious drawback. She does suck very good dick though. Great comments! It seems like the advice here is to live between the limits of moderation and stamina. How do we do that? The first sounds like it requires rational behavior (judgement and discipline), and the second sounds like a matter of conditioning and preparation before arrival.

I read Dickhead's suggestion of abstinence and physical conditioning. Abstinence is natural up here, no problem. The second makes sense as well, so I can work on that one too. But what about diet: are there foods that help the "recovery process" or is just plain old "good nutrition" enough?

Maybe it comes down to learning how to have a quality experience while we're in Bs.As., and the meaning changes depending on the duration of the trip or the stage of the journey. For example, when I first arrive, marathon sex sounds pretty good to me. Perhaps with favoritas from past experiences. Then a stage of going out with other mongers for dinner and visiting the various clubs and just chatting with these chicas and perhaps planning a future encounter. Near the end of the trip, since its back to prison, a round of marathon sex might be in order!

Not to disagree my friend, but to each, his own. In B.A., excess is the best for me. I don't always have to "pop", just the sex and fun of being with the chicas is enough for me (I once had 4 three ways in one day).
