I have a week of forced vacation from Xmas to New Years. I've been trying to decide where to go. Sadly, the airfares that week are huge. The airfare to BA is about twice what it normally is. I'd still be willing to pay it if there is still some action in town. But from previous posts, I get the impression that BA is dead that week. Is it true? If I go, will I get nothing more than a good steak dinner?

Point of information, lately it seems that few people report on Madahos. Have they priced themselves beyond the savvy monger's (or as Exon says "the monger's monger) threshold? Out of all the misspellings in Exon's lenghty and distinguished career, I nominate "languish handicap" as numero uno.

I think we should have some WSG BA shirts made up. A Exon special edition would be great. I can just imagine what it would look like. (Think a harp music introduction, and then a fuzzy fade.)

On the front would be, "I hate periods", with Exon's name below it. Then perhaps a medium red dot below it. However, as you view it from a different angle it gets much larger.
