Fellow mongers, this is my first time writing a report.

Was in Abu Dhabi for the last 2 days. Stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya hotel. Cheap but decent hotel. There are 2 spas in the hotel. One in the 4th floor and one outside of the back entrance.

Went to the 4th floor spa first, they remain open till 12 am. I took a Thai Massage and also didn't chose my therapist (rookie mistake). I was assigned to a Thai girl in her mid thirties. The spa was very clean and well maintained, and the massage was pretty good as well. I was asked about extras and I wanted to take FS but she was not willing to do that (she said its not allowed there. Which I later understood was a lie! Personally I don't like HJ, as I myself can do that to me haha. So I let her complete the massage and went downstairs to the other spa. 200 for the 1 hour massage.

Now in this spa, I also took a 1 HR massage. They try to assign me someone but, well, I got smarter haha. I told them I wanted to choose and they showed me 6 ladies. One particular lady caught me eyes. She was a Filipina. I booked her.

In the room, when she wanted to start massage, I told her, I am here for extras as I already had a massage. And then we started talking. The spa it's self was very clean but couldn't get them to budge on price for 90 min massage 2. 5.

Ms V gave a good Thai massage. Not best, bust still a legit massage. Since the only gave me 2. 5 back in change I had that already on the table in the room.

The rooms BTW had showers in them, nice lighting, clean and good size.

Stayed in Al diar Mina for few nights. They have a spa at the top floor. Price are cheap 150 for Thai. Crowd is good. Kinda hit and miss sometimes. Can suggest some good names if someone wants.

Reading this forum and MR Report forum, going back 20-30 pages will put you on the right track. MR Report forum is mostly reports from Dubai but you can search to see Abu Dhabi reports only. I note that with my experience with the Vietnamese adverts the worse I experienced was bait and switch, but I don't want to generalised and you end up dropping your guards. Do your research, and proceed with your eyes open, and hopefully you will have a good experience.
