Well, I spent 5 nights at the Dana hotel and got shagged 8 times! Wow, my knees are weak. To summarize:

49 ers club. Women start showing up around 6 PM. At 7 you have to pay a door fee of 125 dirhams, which gets you a beer. Around 9 PM there are about 20 women there, most are Asian and most 35-45 years old.
