I hang out within Tijuana are good, fun guys, educated, nice, caring, successful, generous. I really enjoy their companies.

More than a few are hard partiers and heavy drinkers. Once they start drinking and playing with bar girls, they don't want to stop and go home. They would party with friends and putas, drink hard liquors all night, stay until day break, 5 or 7 AM, then cross the border, start driving 2 or more hours to go home or to work. Their BAC would definitely be at least a few times above legal limits in Tijuana and US. One was falling down drunk on Tijuana street, had to be dragged to the car, but insisted on driving home.

They would try to drive home drunk, sleepy, deeply fatigued. Some put their cars on Self Driving Mode and fell asleep. SDM works only marginally, has been known to erroneously drive them to the Inland Empire, a hundred miles away from their homes, or potentially colliding with other vehicles. They have been lucky so far, not getting killed or maimed in accidents or busted by LE. At highway speeds, accidents usually cause fatalities or serious injuries, loss of limbs, even total disabilities or comas for drivers and passengers. A friend fell asleep at the wheel, crashed the car at about 60 MPH off a straight and wide open highway on flat land in the East Coast, had only head injuries, went into a coma for years. The consequences would be far worse in hilly California. Nothing is worth getting maimed or killed, especially for just a late night partying with the rotten putas.

After a night of partying, the safest thing is to get a room and sleep it off in Cascada or Rizzo de Oro, nice, clean, safe, $90 for a double room on weekend, $27 with VIP discount on Mon and Tuesday nights. Hotel Coahuila over Adelita costs only $65 on weekend, $20 Mon through Wednesday.

Or walk to the small and cheaper hotels on Constitucion, Garcia, Leyva, Hacienda de Santiago, Michoacan, Rapido ect. , not as nice or clean, but only $35 a night, or take a cheap UBER rides to many nice, clean, cheap hotel in downtown Tijuana.

Or sleep in the car a few hours to metabolize the alcohol and get fully awake. Pull in CalTrans's Park and Ride lots next to freeway 5, or pull off any exit, and just sleep it off. Don't park the car off freeways and sleep as CHP will check and may have grounds to file DUI charges.

I usually have 3 or 4 beers over 4 hours in the club and drive home before midnight, most times with safety drivers to alternate driving. I always get home before 1:30 AM when I would fall asleep. I know my limits and set my drinking and time limits accordingly. Have been DUI tested by Tijuana cops and CHP a few times and passed. Have been going to Tijuana for over 20 years. So far I have been lucky but did get very close to having serious accidents on freeways a few times despite always having safety drivers in the car pool.

I hate to see these young guys lose their lives, limbs or get permanently disabled over a night partying with hoes. They should have safety drivers for the return trip. If not, book a hotel room or pull into parking lots and sleep it off for a few hours, so they can come back and do it again the next week.

The bros in this site should do a big favor for these young guys, their loved ones and families and warn them sternly to take extreme cautions going home after partying in Tijuana.

Tijuana is the murder capital of the world in 2019 with about 6 murders per day. The good news is that it was slightly lower in 2021 down to about 5 murders per day, give or take. BTW we are excluding missing persons (buried in the desert).
