    Taking pictures of policia rateros

When stopped by policia assholes, I would suggest taking pictures of them in front of their patrol car.

As far as I know, Mexico has no laws against taking pictures of your stupid policia assholes.

That would stop them from trying anything stupid and nasty.

" Nada in my trunk!" I did nothing wrong. You understand?

The assholes was scared so they forgot to do their body search as usual, when they try to steal your cash. I had my wallet zipped up inside the flight jacket and a thick pile of tip money in my pants' pocket, which I would have taken out and held in my hands if searched.

When stopped by these assholes, the bro should ask for their names and their car number, and write them down with all details. Don't let these stupid assholes fuk you up your asses. If you give them a hard time, they will leave you alone and look for easier targets. If you keep giving money to these stupid apes, they will keep victimizing everyone.

    Sindicatura card

Sir Isaac Newton was right all along, that all celestial bodies are mutually attracted to each other due to their masses.

These bodies are naturally attracted to each other, can't keep them apart, like flies to a pile of shit, like Tijuana policia to mongers.

I left HK 11 PM Friday night, from Pepe's parking driving South on Ninos then turn right on Calle 1 to avoid a couple policia cars lurking in the dark on Coahuila near La Perla. Calle 1 was full of cars but I noticed a policia car pull out from the curb behind me. I knew the assholes were going to follow me so I was driving very carefully.

The assholes cut into traffic, followed me, then turned on their beacon to stop me on F Martinex. I drove on and stopped at the corner of Calle 2, Benito Juarez, which still had dozens people waiting on the curb for their colectivos.

2 cops approached my car on both sides, shining flash lights into the car. They were not wearing their name badges. I was really pissed off at these assholes. One asked me for my driver license, then car registration. I gave him those then added a small copy of the Sindicatura business card, telling him I have amigos at Sindicatura.

The asshole took it back to talk to his goon friend behind the car. He wanted me out of the car and open the trunk. I put on my flight jacket with the wallet zipped up. While the guy looked into my trunk, his partner was looking at the Sindicatura copy with his flash light, asking me a couple times what I do at work, what my friends' names were at Sindicatura. I told him I was an attorney "abogado," my friend's name Vicente. I just made shit up on the fly. I wrote down their car number P1333.

Now both of them showed fear on their faces, stammering with their repeated questions. He asked me what I was doing at Sindicatura. I told him I was visiting "mi amigos. " Unlike a few self-proclaimed big-time cunni-linguists in this thread, I can't speak Spanish worth shit. My vocabulary includes only about 50 words related mostly to sex, but somehow we both made each other understood. I was really pissed off so I was talking to them with very loud and mean voice over traffic noise, asking them what I did wrong again and again in English.

They were stammering and could not come up with a charge. I was scowling, telling them I did nothing wrong, so give me back my driver license and let me go. They let me go, mumbling a few illegible words. Costed me about 5 to 7 minutes.

Sindicatura card would scare the shit out of these stupid, useless, thieving policias. I suggest the bros enlarge and print it out on a full page, keep it in the glove box, writing down a few names of the prosecutors in that office, like they are your real drinking buddies. Call the bluff on these stupid bastards. Don't let the useless goons steal from you. Don't just bend over and let the stupid savages fuck you up your ass.

I was on the Tropical side of the street preparing to cross over to HK side of the street at the intersection. I did not stop walking. I picked up my pace. Observations, I have eaten at that taco stand many times, could have been a normal misunderstanding, the people who where on the street had stopped to watch, the police were not there / then there during my walk.

When I left, 7 ish, several policia cars and motor cycle cops with lights on where visible from the HK front entrance on the street. When I leave HK, generally, I will look to the right and left to see what direction I will be leave the parking lot to get to the boarder.

BTW, we lost 16 Americans in Baja for 2015. On one hand, the total number of homicides were higher if one were to include Mexicans. On the other hand, that was for all of Baja and not just Tijuana, and included American Narcos. For comparison, there were 284 homicides in LOS Angeles in 2015.

What does it imply? I guess that if one was an American and stayed away from Narco activities (including purchasing), one is relatively OK. Either that or I am creating a false sense of security and everyone should disregard this post.

2 Army pick up trucks followed, in desert camouflage paint, carrying a squad of about 12 soldiers in combat gear. Both trucks had a guy handling a Squad Automatic Weapon on top of the cab aiming ahead, with fingers in the triggers. The rest of the troops all had their assault rifles at the ready.

1 Policia Estatale pick up truck followed.

It looked like local policias were bringing heavy Army firepower to war against criminal groups. The young soldiers all looked bewildered and strained with all the flashing lights, fancy bars and hotels, sexy girls hanging out on the street..
Probably as a result of that poor tourist cop being killed in that blown hit weeks ago. Seems like the authorities are not interested in making arrest of breathing Cartel members. Careful on mid week visits. Seems like those are raid-days.

It reminded me that only a few miles South of the US, Mexico is a lawless country with cartels of criminals who terrorize and dominate the population with extreme violence. The same extreme violence and rampant crimes by gangs are also happening in El Salvador.

I just hope these governments can solve the crime problems and bring peace an the prosperity to their population. If Colombia could do it, they can also do it.

One thing I learned never believed the locals including the cab drivers. Every time you ask a cab driver how's the crime in Tijuana they always tell you there's nothing to worry that everything is calmed until you read the news and you find out it is not what the cab driver told you.

The gangs also hung this guys body from the pedestrian bridge by Plaza rio. So therefore it is important for everyone to stay alert in Tijuana. When I am in Tijuana I always look to see who is behind me. You can also complain to SD Mexican consulate on their Facebook page. I would urge every one to do so.

That is alarming! Friday was twice as busy as Saturday according to the taxi driver. The radio said the same thing about reporting corrupt officers. I'm not sure that was just a mugging as hanging someone from the bridge is a cartel thing they do when someone messes with them like selling drugs on their turf.

Is this Sofia the little spinner, who used to work in the alley near hotel Cascada, who later went to work in HK? She has a pair of very nice, natural, perky boobs. I miss kissing her jugs and sucking on her titties.

    She disappeared, but where to?
This happened last August 1915. She was back at Cascadas for the month. I fucked her 5 times for bargain prices 1/3 the price she charged in HK same menu as she asked in HK. Same time. I had a room in Cascadas. Time not a factor. HK enforces Health cards. I fuckin HATE HK.
