How did you text them? What is the number?

Most agencies have multiple landlines and mobile numbers on their websites. I have had experience with texting one of the numbers with StarCris. Most numbers that start with a 7 or a 9 is a mobile number so try one of those on their homepage. Avoid Hotel Martinique on Rua sá Ferreira. At least their rooms classed as "Mini".
