Stay strong, and the lady should be strong as well. Instead of giving that tensed look. If in a hotel or resort, ensure the IDs are carried.

Why is there a difference of opinion when there is one IPC in place. And I saw Ravinder brother sharing about raids on Oyo as well.

If we look at YouTube video, they portray it as a crime. I won't get into ethics. But, people loot the nation and they get a clean chit.

The one act that involves a male and a girl from Tinder or SA or other dating site at Oyo or some other place is their individual matter. There is a lot of moral policing and instances where in they call parents and do counselling kind of stuff. Some even take pictures and put it in papers.

At times, I think that matters like these are in grey area intentionally so that the looters can loot the country, and LE, and governance can focus on these elements.

P.S. - POV differs, and I am sorry if it offends anyone. I have huge respect for LE, but not for the system that does not provide a clarity.

I am not trying to scare the shit out of any new ones. I only wanted to check with anyone who has experienced such LE heat, how they avoided traps, and information as such.

Also, if you have any idea about law, please share if we go to jail for being with a lady? What would happen if we ever get caught?

As I said, not going to pretend here. Asking this to try my luck with different avenues out there and trying to be aware of consequences if any, to avoid procrastinating.

While you may be right that as long as the sexual act with mutual consent between two provable adults is OK in the eyes of the law, you must be cautious to say the least. All said and done, our society does not 'appreciate' or accept prostitution, well yes, that may be a big hypocrisy, but you have to weigh your options between a facing a social stigma, amongst your own family and others and fighting the cops. We are a society, where we do not protest a cop when he stops us and issues a challan for not having a helmet etc or not having proper vehicle papers. So, if you think you can fight the cops and face the other consequent issues, it is your choice and adventure.

In this country and in most other countries if you get into the eyes of the cops, they can ruin your career, personality, etc etc if they wish to. So the caution.

Coming to the video posted by a fellow member of a news report of raids on OYO, please note that the OYO establishment gave rooms even without taking the guests IDs. That is a crime and that points to prostitution, that, if they wish can turn the case into kidnap and illegal detention of girls in the hotel etc etc. The cops can play football with you and you will not know what hit you from which direction. So the caution.

Rest is your choice.

Did PM you a few details, that I know when it comes to identity and staying safe. And few pointers that I know of or got to know by browsing using the pointers.

At DATY BBBJ DFK.

They are not safe and that is what I would like to say, if you are sure that the girl follows a bad sexual practice.

1. Indies / WG 2. MPS 3. SP (already mastered this).

I can understand the Indies and SP part, like how to identify them but how am I supposed to know if the MP is a something that provides FS or extras?

Also, when contacting the Indies through WA, is it safe to use your personal digit?

I read few comments that say about the birds initiating the calls and asking them to refer.

Is it safe? Doesn't that expose our identity? If not, how do we use a fake ID / WA or a fake digit.

I've also seen that DFKs, DATY and BBJ are risky on WGs as they might carry something but a lot of Senior members have rated the birds in these characteristics.

We should not be buying bitcoins using cards via wallets like coinbase. It's too risky. Just in case if your bank gets a hint that you are dealing in crypto, the bank might have something to say.
