Today visited a spa at Kondapur. The spa was mentioned in the forum few days ago by one of the members. It is on the third floor of the building near a car show room. The receptionist ask me to fill up a form which included name / Mob number and ID number etc. I refused to comply and walked out of the place. Has anybody faced similar situation at any other spa? If so what was your reaction?

Yes, many spas do it (Sun spa and spa thing Off the top of my head) and plenty other professional places. If you have a fake ID that works but I try talking around it and it works most of the time.
