If you seriously have PME (under 3 minutes), start masturbating today and try to delay the climax as long as you can. Choke the cock around 4-5 times a week and get used to the levels of sensitivity. This helps you understand and have a control of your senses down there. When you feel you are about to reach the climax let go of the hand and wait for a couple of minutes and start it again. Do this for 3-4 months and you see at least add 2-5 minutes to your regular time. That is how you delay the orgasm, naturally, not by giving up masturbation.

I will give you an advice that will help you discipline almost anything in life. When ever you are tempted, in our case it is with porn thanks to being super horny. Give yourself 2-5 minutes.

Think of all the reasons why you shouldn't masturbate. For my end, it has always been the following.

1. It has lead to PME.

2. Can also lead to ED.
