I will give you an advice that will help you discipline almost anything in life. When ever you are tempted, in our case it is with porn thanks to being super horny. Give yourself 2-5 minutes.

Think of all the reasons why you shouldn't masturbate. For my end, it has always been the following.

2. Can also lead to ED.
