I tried the Trust Wallet app to buy BTC and then used their transfer service to transfer BTC to ISL. Within Trust App, there are multiple providers through which you can buy BTC. I used mercuryo to buy BTC as they allowed CC transactions. Let me know if you need any more information.

FYI, right now Network fees are high. Its around 11 USD. But there is nothing one can do about it as its not dependent on the platform one is using but rather on the traffic on BTC network which is quite high right now. So when you are buying BTC factor for this to determine how much BTC to be bought.

Can we still transact on binance in India? Last I read it was banned in India, couldn't find app in the playstore.

If I am not wrong the issue why LE is hunting is becuase many of these couples are travelling ones coming from Delhi or Jaipur. On top of that 95% of them are not married but attached. Hence the issue. Avoid such ones.
