Due to the lack of updates, I will provide one of my own. I arrived in Lyon for one night, and tried to make the best of it.

Luxor Sauna.

I first tried out Luxor sauna (http://www.le-luxor.com/accueil.html) BIG MISTAKE! According to their website, the soiree (evening session) lasts from 8:30pm to 1 in the morning. Using my Garmin GPS, I was easily able to find the place (11 rue de la Martinière 69001 Lyon). To arrive in the "mix" of everything, I showed up at about 10:30pm. Upon arrival, you must pay 30 euros, at which time you are given a key to a locker along with a towel (this includes 4 drinks.) Signs are up (in french) stating that nudity is required. I go to the locker room, and change. I then head into the "club." I immediately started sweating bullets as the hostess was the only female in the club. My gaydar was pegging a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 (the wide array of phallus's did not help.) Alas, a gay establishment this is not, however it IS gay my friends. For on a Thursday night, at 10:30pm there were ZERO, count 'them ZERO women in the entire place. The hostess did not even know when OR IF any girl was going to show up. As a proprietor, if you cannot guarantee talent for paying customers on a Thursday night, shut down or at least do not charge your customers. In total, there were about 6 guys waiting. Had a girl showed up, there was definitely going to be a "log" jam, so I decided to jet at 11. Why would a woman show up to work at 11 when they close in 2 hours? Avoid this place like the plague as they have no problem taking your money when there are no girls.

Quai Perrache.

I had a heck of a time finding Quai Perrache, until I wised up and entered 1 Quai Perrache, Lyon, France into the GPS (when in doubt, enter an address # of 1!) There were quite a few women out on this night, as well as police officers. The police were hassling at least one guy, however I'm not sure as to what it involved. However, the women were definitely not trying to hide from the police.

These women appeared to be from either Africa, or Romania (I assume Africa due to the skin color, I assume Romania due to the skin, hair color, and accent.) I didn't see any drop dead gorgeous women, however there were some who were doable. One person however, was DEFINITELY a dude as he was the size of shaq with one of tina turners dress on.

As a black man (point of reference) , I had an extremely hard time picking a woman up. I was dressed casually, wearing glasses, clean cut, and driving a mercedes benz rental car. That said, NONE of the women would get into the car with me. My french is not incredible, but how much french do you need to talk to a working girl? As someone who has no problem with non pros, I was getting more than a little discouraged. I finally decided to turn off my GPS, and toss it into the glove compartment. As I was about to drive off, I saw a couple of girls standing at a bus stop at the very end of the street. One was definitely well worth the time, so I stopped, and VOILA I got a hit. She was very sweet. 20ish looking girl with long black hair (Romanian classic) , and wearing a short tight dress with black heels.

A word to the wise, this is NOT an enjoyable experience. We basically pulled off the road onto the gravel, where she gave me a 2-5 min CBJ then asked if I was ready for "amour". I then had to crawl over to her size of the car, and proceeded to pound her while her legs were up in the air lying against the window. This is good if you ABSOLUTELY need to blow a load, but nothing to write home about. The cost was 50 euros, however the next time I would take her back to my hotel room (not sure if that is possible, nor what the prices would be.) She also informed me that this is merely a 10 minute session for the 50 euros (300 euros for an hour? Give me a break!)
