I am a Montreal regular and I have only been to Prague once.

Based on your criteria, I would pick Montreal, although either is fine.

There are fewer players trying to rip you off in Montreal. This is an issue in Prague.

Montreal doesn't have clubs. So if that is a deal breaker, choose Prague.

You will simply get solid GFE in Montreal from at least 50 ladies you can choose from every day and night, where there is little difference between the ladies.

You won't get that level of consistent service in Prague. It will be more hit and miss. Prague will have more upsells for what should be very standard service such as BBBJ, CIM, etc. That is frustrating.

From a specialty and fetish standpoint, the cities are equal. Both have a solid BDSM scene from full service providers. Anal is equally available in both cities.

Bare back vaginal or anal is not something I approve of. You see it offered in Prague in a few ads, never in Montreal.
