I realize the "best" is somewhat subjective, but surely there are places that are considered "must-visit"?

Jan. 26, 2007 -- An anesthetic spray more than doubles the "lasting" time for men with premature ejaculation, according to a study by the company that makes the experimental spray. The metered-dose, aerosol spray is a mixture of the anesthetics lidocaine and prilocaine. It is spritzed onto the tip of the penis 15 minutes before sex.

Before using the spray, the 54 heterosexual men in the study ejaculated, on average, one minute after vaginal penetration. In the test, on four occasions, half the men used the anesthetic spray 15 minutes before sex, the other half a placebo with no active ingredients.

The men or their partners used a stopwatch to measure the time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation. The results:

Lasting time increased to two minutes or more for 55% of the men who got the spray and 35% of the men who got the placebo.

Lasting time increased to three minutes or more for 40% of the men who got the spray and 13% of the men who got the placebo.

Lasting time increased to four minutes or more for 20% of the men who got the spray and 13% of the men who got the placebo.

On average, men who got the spray lasted 2.4 times longer than those who got the placebo.

The spray is called TEMPE -- topical eutectic mixture for premature ejaculation -- by manufacturer Plethora Solutions Ltd. London, which funded the study.

After doing more than 100 trips, I would say that a good place to start is either Costa Rica or Dominican Republic. The shock of the third world may be too much for some so if you need to get back, you are not very far at all. Having a free day in St Maarten recently, I decided to have my first p4p experience at the Seaman's Club and Casa Blanca brothels. I knew what to expect from the WSG -- thanks to everyone who posts.

As ******* states, you may want to negotiate all that you want before price is even discussed. For instance, I like DFK, DATY and BBBJ. Only the latter is usually a dealbreaker, but I do like the whole package.

I don't recommend paying up front if possible. However, many incall places there is no other choice.

I'd read the forums for the area you are going to, and then see what the norm is there. Some girls are afraid of getting ripped off of their fee, and of course you are fearful of getting subpar service. If you based in the US, money up front is fairly common where you don't know the lady.
