Could someone clarify the age of consent laws? I thought women had to be 18 everywhere from reading the reports here.

However I notice that the following table shows ages younger. So does that mean you and have a relationship with women of those ages if they willing come to meet you? Even in the USA I see states with 16. I had no idea, I assumed 18 was everywhere.

I just want to make sure I am always legal.

As far as I know, the legal age for sex in Germany is 16. The age of 14, which is listed in the link you posted, does to my knowledge only apply if both participants are under the age of 18. Prostitution is legal in Germany, but only for people who are 18 or older. Then there's the youth protection law. Amongst other things, you may not give under-18-year-olds access to pornographic material. So, as I understand it, you may pick up a 17-year-old in a disco or whereever and, as long as there's no money envolved, (ergo: no prostitution) you could even gangfuck her with a bunch of buddies, if he consents, but you may not show her a gangbang-pornfilm. Sounds ridiculous, I know; but I think that's the way it is, although I'm not 100% sure. DISCLAIMER: This is no legal advice! I'm not sure if anything I wrote here is correct. I could be wrong! Just be aware that in many (most?) countries, the age of consent is irrelevant when it comes to commercial sex. The legal age for prostitution is often 18 or 21, so you could have free sex with a sixteen year old, but be jailed for having sex with the same girl at a brothel. Likewise, you could pay for sex with a 19 year old and be jailed because the legal age for prostitution is 21! The only way to make sure you're 'always legal' is to check out the laws in the country / state you're going to, in advance.

It all depends on what you are looking for. I don't think that 90 Euros for an eleven hour bareback group sex party with 10 girls, who you can do as often as you like during that time, along with the other guys of course, is too expensive. (This is a current party announcement for the 3rd of April in Kerpen near Cologne!)

If you want single one-on-one-sessions, perhaps even with some supermodel stunners or pornstars, it could of course get very expensive. To satisfy all the points you laid out in your post at a cheap price may be not possible in Germany. Like I said, it all depends on what you're looking for.

The "no under 18" rule you refer to here is Jackson's rule for ISG.

Not sure why he choose that magic age, maybe because it is basically safe for any jurisdiction, but this is his forum, so we play by his rules.

The letter of the law and the spirit of the law are 2 different things. I was in a state that where the age of consent was 14 or 15. I was talking to a local law enforcement officer and asked him about it. He told me that what they really look at is the age spread between the two parties. If a 21 year old does a 15 year old it would be no problem. If a 40 year old does the same girl, big problem.

As I'm a rookie on mongering, I'm also rookie on this forum. I'm a healthy (apart from the problem) young man. I have premature ejaculation problem for 5-6 months.
