OLs will generally live at home with family, or have small rooms in an apartment block, so going back to her place on a first date will be not be an option. If she is willing, a love hotel will not be a problem for her. It will help if you know where some are located in your "working" area, although the girl may suggest one.

You should be positive with the girl and lead her. Avoid asking abstract questions like "where would you like to go? What would you like to do? Give her some alternatives: "would you like to go to A or B?" and let her chose or offer alternatives.

If your meeting goes well, and the girl is obviously enjoying herself and your company, the chances of scoring with her will be high. After the first month of living there, I never had a shortage of action and was regularly tagging 3 or sometimes more freebies a week (many repeats after a period of time). After the first year of living there, I literally had a harem on call. It was the same for most of my expat friends living there.

For OL's (office ladies), hit up one of the 3 British themed expat bars in the area (PM me for the name). There are 2 near Nagoya station, and one in Sakae. The 2 near Nagoya station were best during the weekdays, while Sakae was better on weekends. For college aged girls, hit up some of the clubs in Sakae. One area to check out would be the massage shops around Sakae. Odds of finding he / FS are good there. For someone to come back to your room, you'll need some Japanese skills to order deliheru. There is an English language one available but I don't know if FS is an option there. Generally not. The standard ones are always good for a shag, in my experience.
