I have read what has been posted here for the last couple of years, but am not sure I have found what I am looking for. I spent two years living in Siem Reap and know the city like the back of my hand. I remember there was one road near the river, past Pub Street and all that, that had a few massage parlors and I believe FS was available there.

Most MPs in Siem Reap don't offer FS or any service from what I understand, there was some police crackdown.

The only real option is to pick girls up from bar, pay the bar fine, and bring them back to your hotel room.

Siem Reap is definitely the cleanest and nicest city in Cambodia but there's not a whole lot of action there. Phnom Penh is definitely where the majority of the action is, and to a lesser extent Sihanoukville. Sihanoukville is a real paradise, you can buy marijuana from a few pizza shops there, and there's tons of bars on the beach that have girls you can buy. The whole city has a very chilled out beach vibe so it's a very cool place. There's also a couple of casinos.

Proceed with caution. I'm sure this 'Mr Kelvin' had a site for escorts in Hanoi and in HCMC, they required a deposit being paid upfront which is what made me think it was a scam. Some karaoke bars look a it like beer gardens. I tried a Khmer Pub Street beer garden last week when I was in Siem Reap (didn't catch the name, but there was a big wheel in front of it) and the girl that I met also "had her period. It is well within the city limits. I just copy and paste this from the internet.

To get there, just ask your tuk tuk driver to take you up along Sivatha Boulevard to Route 6, then turn towards the airport. Then, at the first set of traffic lights, turn right and you're there. It's 10 minutes from Pub Street, allowing for traffic jams.

Went there again last night but not all places there have ladies willing to follow you to your hotel. Most of them have poor or no English. Maybe the bigger KTV in the classy building will be a better choice. Will try one tonight I hope.
