I am sure action can be done in S, but PP is much much better. In fact its probably one of the best destinations for the hobby in Asia, thought the scene is quite small it si fun and the Khmer girsl are very charming in their own way.

SR are is a magical place and a great place to take a girl for a romantic few days. In addition to the temples there are some really wonderful little restaurants and bars there too.

Why not spend your first few days in PP, find a girl, and then finish the trip of with her in SR? I think this would be the best way to game the situation.

I agre with Uncle Volodya. I love the temples and come one or two time every year. Bring in your own girl from Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville. Many cambodian girl have never been in Siem Reap and will love if you invite them.

I am not staying there, have booked closer to the action in a new place with great reviews, I emailed them to make sure they are girlfriend friendly, not sure if I will even take one back to the room but just like the option, I am also in Phnom Penh at the Niron hotel and they are girlfriend friendly, all without extra cost.

Could you advise the name of the place and how did you trip go? I'll be in Siem Reap in December for a few days and same as you. Not sure if will bring the girl back, but good to have this option.

One goes to PP for killing fields and some fun on the side and to Siem Reap to see Angkor what and possibly some fun on the side. I had good luck -this is what worked for me. On the main streets where the bars are, just look around where the Tuk Tuk driver congregate. Find one that looks trustworthy and speaks English -he will take you to places. I stayed 2 nights in SR -both nights after long day of templing around town (there is more to Siem Reap than just Angkore what) -had the same tuk tuk driver help me make connections. On two nights he drove me to two different KTV type places. You can have the line up and take away. Safe and reliable at least in my experience.

I have also seen in the Phonm penh airport they rent you smartphone with unlimited data for one week for around 10 $.

First I chatted up Tee Lee who was so kind to admit that her profile picture on weechat was fake. Then she send me another one of a 22 year old girl. The girl that arrived was at least 35 if not 40. I made a mistake

Lesson learned: don't pay up front. Always demand a photo taken today. And if not her on the pic send her away. Don't get carried away just because you are horny. Easier said than done. Cheers.

Of course most of the photos of hookers on WeChat are fake and if you ask for a real photo they will just send another fake or a photoshopped pic that won't look at all like them. My solution to this is to use the Video Calling feature. Just call the girl and get her to look at the camera. If she won't do that then move on. Often the girl will very briefly and you can have a sense of who she is. Also, sometimes she will be more comfortable if she gets a glimpse of you before you switch the camera to point over your shoulder.

I didn't want to make a fuss since the lobby had people hanging out and I was standing there with a girl. I watched him put the money into the drawer, but maybe he ended up pocketing it.

Maybe you'll have better luck, but just a heads up.

I was going to stay at the royal crown I am in Siem Reap in August, I asked them that exact question this was there response (I had booked with agoda min two people).

I avoided the tuk tuk's that push "women" and "weed" as many are in bed with cops looking to shake down a rich looking tourist danger is there especially the ones near Pub street. Remember Cambodia is a very conservative country compared to Vietnam, Thailand, etc and 2 of of 4 nights when I have had some hot young KTV girls come back to my hotel room they only came separately to my room not with me. Later I did not have any problem taking her to see the Temples at Sunrise but she was dressed as a local but again this not Thailand and I hardly saw a hot 21 year old walking around with a 65 year old pot bellied foreigner. Just watch out as my hotel tried getting a $15 guest fee despite the fact I booked for double occupancy. Better to tell them at check in that your guest is coming later. In the end I never paid.

Send me PM a got a # of good English speaking driver in a Lexus RX300 to take me some nicer higher end KTV places. Seems this time of year was dead due the heat. I had a pretty good selection of 30 young girls at 2 different places. I paid $70 for a overnight back to hotel twice from 2 different KTV's. I should it would have been $50 for a hours there as I think they have rooms on premise but I did not try this option.

I tipped my driver $10-15.1 time I did have some drinks in the 1 KTV place and not a complete ripoff at $3 for a Heineken.
