If you know where Cititel Express Hotel then you are able to locate it. It is located at the back on the 2nd floor (to Chinese, it is the 3rd floor) of the Asia City Block beside it on the left when you are approaching the hotel. Take the escalator up from the ground floor and when you reach the 2nd floor, walk to the loeft until the end where you see a food court, turn right and go to the back. There is a advertising banner placed near the glass door. I hope ths is clear enough. Maybe other regular DS cheongster kaki can give better directions. If you still can't find it, pm me.
