I've been there for work quite a number of times. And I do know the hotel you mentioned. In my many times there, I can't seem to find any action. But I have a collegue who claimed he did. It's a FL outside the only fast food joint in town. Walking distance from your hotel. She was apparently using the payphone outside the eatery. Ran out of coins and my friend offered to top up her hp. So he got a FL for RM50. And she's in her teens, apparently!!
There are also some cheaper hotels near the bank, that may hold some hope for you.
Oh, I just remembered. There are ywo VH in Saratok. One's in town, the other's outskirt. Which one are you at? I am refering to the one in town.

I was at the biggest VH outlet (the one with a big hall enough for 70 pax). Went around the VH near Sugar bun at night but no luck. Also went near the BSN (the KTV outlet) but it was closed. Apparently there are fights there quite often.

All in all it was a quiert night at SAratok.
