I was wondering, for the more experienced amongst you, which is the best country in africa for the following scene:

A place where you can rent a car, drive to a street (or streets) where there are plenty of street walkers strolling up and down, and make a quick pick up for a BBBJ in the car. I recently read the Malawi forum which seems to fit the scene but its kind of difficult to get there.

That's when the original buyer came in with his low ball offer. So, the whole idea was to string my buddy on until he was desperate enough to sell the car at a loss.

Ok, I get it. I think I prefer to invest in the capital markets.
