I was on this site years ago and met my current wife there before I moved to Peru. It was a free site back then and I was probably the first "principe azul" they had!

A few of the ISG that live here (LIMA) use the site with a lot of luck and have more chicas than they can handle. They also use latinlovesearch as well.

My personal view is it is better to live in country when you use these sites, but it works as well if you convince them you are only coming down to see them and get to know the country,culture,blah,blah

Have to agree. I'm on about 15 websites myself and I'm in Hong Kong. If the website isn't free then don't bother. What I mean is at the end of the day you both need to speak the same language or translators and agencies step in and things get expensive. There are some good agencies out there but you need to tread carefully. Haven't seen a relationship with a 20 year age gap work yet either so you need to be realistic too.

For me, they are too costly. I found a personal ad placement service that advertises you in Latin America. What they do is place your personal ad that you send them and place it in newspapers in specific cities in Latin America.

For me its much cheaper than dating agencies and you can receive lots of letters from Latin women. This site is not for ads for sex but for romance, dating or marriage. Anyway the site is:

Yeah I have heard of this service. They have been around for 4 or 5 years and from what I have heard, do a good job on advertising men in newspapers overseas.

I wish this site would place personal ads in the Philippines but I guess they are focused on single Latin women in Latin America.

I would recommend this web site for single guys looking for the "low cost" alternative of Latin dating agencies or romance tours.

I've had real good luck with these. Met a girl on www.LatinEuro.com in 2004, we still chat on-line, I take her out to dinner every now and then when I'm in Rio de Janiero.

Met several ladies on www.BrazilCupid.com. One I met in '06 lives in Sao Paulo, she flies to Rio de Janeiro (at her own expense) to spend the weekends with me when I'm there. She has to be back in SP on Monday for work.

She's a keeper, not a GDP, has a real job, college educated. South of the Border is a good place to start for latin girls.

One point about South Of The Border (SOTB). They are a subcontractor for other dating agencies which means they charge more for romance tours because they work with different companies.

I am in the process of looking into other Latin romance sites and will give you my opinion.

Really, I know most dating sites from Colombia but I never heard of this one. I would check more into this agency before paying any money.
