Sorry, let me try to narrow the scope and stick to the forum topic. All those countries have pros and cons, and this is not the appropriate forum to discuss about that.

The question should be, instead: in Singapore, is there any "secret" place, house, club, private establishment where the beauties of Geylang's past times are now gathered? I am thinking, in particular, to my beloved young Indonesians. Is there any agent who can supply them?
In KL, for example, I have my trusted agent. Last time, I often gave him a phone call after having checked the BC. He always supplied me true beauties and for less than what asked by BC girls.

I cannot believe that all those pimps that were earning money managing this business in Geylang are now retired, just sipping a drink at home. I guess that they just adapted their business model to the new situation.

Sgn is a major tourist destination in SEA, but as a veteran of this area over the last 10 years, after seeing the regular sightseeing places just once thats all you need. After my first year and having seen the temples, churches, mosque, amusement parks, changi prison etc, The only reason for going back for the following 9 years was only strictly for the gals of Geylang. So, Yes, Geylang became the only "tourist" destination for me (along with OT). I went there to see the lovely "sights" -if you know what I mean.
But with Geylang in decline as I had just witness for myself (it was virtually a ghost town the nites I visited), I too may never visit Sgn on a regular basis as it's just no longer fun for me there like in the past.

Its a DRL in order that the authorities can control the activity. That means the activity in the houses and not in the streets where the only control they have is to throw them in the jug?

Surely there are other places where 'illegals' are operating. The first PRC girl I screwed in Geylang was working as a secretary during the day and was making a bit of extra money. Let me politely, but fully and firmly, disagree on that. Geylang was a mongering paradise (at least based on a 1 week experience I had 2 years ago). I don't care if girls on the street were illegal based on local regulation: I care about quality of service, girls look and cost. That was outstanding! I don't mind to notice that others, like you, prefer houses and "protected" environments, but please understand that others, like me and many, may have a different feeling. The world is nice because varied.

I went back to Geylang today. Fun place it is. Going in each house and seeing the girls on display, makes me feel like a kid in a candy store.
